Beach BaBE!

Ok, I HAD to do it. I bought Adalee her first swim suit! There are no words...

FRIENDS!

This is Adalee's friend Avery. Chase and I watched Avery one night so that our friends Jason and Chantell could go out, and we can't wait to do it again! They were so cute together! Look at this face! She didn't like the red light on the camera.

From the top! Adalee can't ever take her eyes off the camera! She knows what it is I swear! Her eyes follow it everywhere.

Yeah Avery was not happy about Adalee taking her binkie clip! She's astounded just look at her!

BABY HUGS! Gotta LOVE it!

We're gonna have to make sure Addie doesn't become a bully! LOok at this crazy girl! Poor Avery. I hope you guys are still friends even when Adalee's mean! haha.

5 MONTHS!

Adalee is 5 months as of a few days ago, and I just can't believe it! She's growing fast... TOO fast! I wish she would stay at each stage for a year! It seems like once she learns something new, she's already on to the next thing! She changes right before your eyes. She's almost sitting up now, and she scrunches her but up like she's ready to crawl in a few weeks! When you hold her arms up, she moves her feet too. Maybe she'll walk before she crawls! She's VERY grabby. If there's anything remotely interesting in front of her (necklaces, the remote, diet coke can) she goes for it like a champ! She shakes and stuff until she gets her hands on it like she MUST have it! She giggles at the funniest things, like when we scare her, or when Chase plays peek-a-boo with her. Here's a video of her baby giggles! Chase can get her to laugh like no one else can.

She loves to bounce like a crazy girl and scream at the top of her lungs in her bouncer.... And sometimes she just STARES at the TV even when we try and turn her away! Too funny! It's not on all that often though. Here's a video of that as well! Sorry it's sideways... I didn't know how to change that. Hope you can still see it okay!

She smiles when we walk into a room and recognizes us, which is maybe my favorite thing in the WORLD. Makes my DAY when she gives me a little smile! We just love her and can't WAIT for the next changes!

First Solid food!

Adalee had her first solid food today! Pureed apples!! :) She LOVED them. She downed 4 oz. at LEAST! I love my baby girl! She is the best eater now. She barely even spits any out. She just watches the spoon go in, swallows, and looks at you like, "Mom, hello? I want another spoonful now please!" Adalee, I love you honeybear.
