ATTACK OF THE BABY!! :) this video has not real point, but I just think it's funny! Chase was putting the video camera on the floor so she wouldn't spot it, because when she does she just gets too excited and stops doing the cute thing we're trying to capture on camera at the time!! It looks like "honey i blew up the baby" version of Adalee! Drool included. Check it out.

Jazz game!

So Chase and I took my sister Becky to the Utah Jazz game 3 against the Lakers. It was SO much fun. Even though it was a heartbreaking loss in the final seconds of the game, it was all worth it. The energy solution's arena is so loud! We had a blast. Here are some pix from the night. KEEP IN MIND: I was still really sick, and you can tell I look like hell warmed over in my pictures. Also, why am I making the same face in every one you say? Delirium? I don't know... I'm weird. Everyone says I do strange things when there's a camera around...

Bragging...

So I have to say... If you don't want to hear all about how amazing my little girl is, stop reading NOW. This is a blog dedicated to my little slice of heaven daughter that I just love SO MUCH! Every stage is my new favorite, and it gets more and more exciting! I do miss the past stages though. Not much cuddling this days with my mobile little girl! She's still pretty much just doing the army crawl. The girl has strong toes! Why use your knees when your toes propel you so much faster! She is finally sleeping through the night almost always. I know, most of you moms had perfect sleep since 6 weeks. Not in this household! Even our neighbor below us was saying she doesn't hear Adalee as much anymore. That just tells you, she woke up lots in the night! She now cries when I walk out of a room, and I'm trying to enjoy it! I think in a year it won't be so cute, but right now it makes me feel so special! She loves her mommy :) And her daddy too for that matter! No one, and I mean NO ONE, can get her to giggle like a maniac like Chase does. Our days are more hectic than ever, even though it's summer! Chase is going to school full time at night, and I go during the day, but somehow it just makes us appreciate the small time we have together so much more. We definitely have to work on staying connected as a family though, but it's worth it :)

Adalee loves to bite your mouth if she sees that you have gum, or something yummy in it. She'll just dive for it, and she gives kisses! She'll grab you by the hair, or the ears, and pull you towards her (THE GIRL IS STRONG!) and slobber all over your mouth, then be done with you. It's adorable to watch. She loves carrots, but most of all bananas. We tried to switch her to some cheaper formula, because she will only drink the most expensive... but alas, she didn't poop for days, and that wasn't fun for anyone at all! haha. She is STILL in love with her bouncer, and now if you put baby einstein on when she's in it, she reaches for the TV and gets all excited!! It's adorable. She tries to feed herself with her spoon, and if there's a full glass of water anywhere around her, she pulls it down hard and spills it everywhere. She loves a mess. Not like her cousin Megan! I'm jealous. If Megan has a mess on her hands, she holds them out to get cleaned. Not Adalee! She just loves to rub the gooey mess everywhere! Haha. Fun for her, not for mommy! She loves to curl up with her blankie at night, which is a family trait, but don't tell her how long her mommy kept her blankie! (If you know, don't tell her!!) Anyway, that's just a little of what she does, but I just love her!

TEETH!!!

Adalee has a tooth! It's on her bottom jaw, on the right side! It's just a little nubbin right now so I don't have a picture, but I'm sure all the others will be along shortly! She'll be 8 months in 2 days, so it took her a while but they're here! :) Also, it's Mother's day, and Addie got me breakfast in bed and roses! Albeit the breakfast was IHOP take-out, but it's the thought that counts, right? If Chase really got up to make it, it would have been 5 AM scrambled eggs. I like the 8 AM IHOP better! haha. Thanks to Addie and Chaser for making my FIRST mother's day so special!

In the army now

Adalee is OFFICIALLY doing the army crawl!!! Some people say this is "crawling", but it's not fully mobile, so I'm just calling it the army now. I'm sure she'll perfect it in the coming weeks though! So exciting!! There's 3 videos. I know, I'm a little obsessed with her, but she's just TOO FUN these days!

Ready for Summer!

Although she only lets them stay on her head for a minute or so before ripping them off and chewing them, they're pretty cute, right?! Ready for hanging out by the Lindon pool baby!

We took a trip to midway, and Adalee was getting sick of the car so we stopped by a park and had some hang out time in the sun! She loves to be outside.
